First Communion
Ages: 7 - 12
First Holy Communion is most often celebrated by children around the age of seven or eight, when they have reached the age of reason and can participate in the sacramental life of the Catholic Church. Children participating in the Saint Jude Shrine of the West religious education/faith formation program begin preparation for receiving the sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist.
The preparation is a two-year process, beginning with registration in the month of August.
Parent’s or Legal Guardian must be the ones to Register the student and have the following documents:
Birth Certificate
Baptism Certificate
Deposit or Full payment
